  Excellent products, excellent customer service. Everything you would hope to get when buying American with the highest level of craftsmanship. I recently sent in a ZYX cartridge with endless problems, but they offered me a solution that was probably better than I deserved. Even though they have the market cornered, they take each customer seriously. I am NOT a high rolling customer, but I got personal attention from the owner. I ended up buying one of their cartridges, and I can see (hear) that their argument for fixed coil is quite valid. If you're not considering a SoundSmith cartridge, you might want to think again!
